I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

Interesting that the 7-Eleven website says it's a 24/7 store. I was looking over the fresh snacks, and I asked the clerk how much the cake squares cost. He held up 6 fingers. Actually they cost $5.99. One of the 1/4 lb hotdogs looked okay, so i got a hotdog for $2.79. Now, even though the buns are individually wrapped, that doesn't mean they're fresh. The hotdogs are grade 1-2 on the edible scale. The mustard, relish and raw onions I added didn't help. Otherwise, it's a typical 7-Eleven layout.
