The first time is always the best time…read more As we continue to road trip we need to stop for provisions and fuel. The first and second glances at this convenient store are excellent . As you step out of the ride the concrete is even clean. Wow! The store is so inviting with incredible staff. The restrooms are impeccable. The staff is overly friendly and polite truly beyond what we are used too. Again amazing !! Your eyes wander and your inner core wants to just explore new places. It's truly amazing . I cannot believe it! They have the lotto here too . You can buy tickets to gamble in a vending machine. It's a great idea and concept. They are scratch tickets. Way too cool. The twins gambled in a new way and won a couple dollars. In fact you can play the lotto at eighteen . What's really not to love but making new friends along the way and memories . The employees and even the customers were so enchanting . Unfortunately we don't fit in here . Perhaps with the level of joy and love from our encounter but it's amazing to see "real people." Time to hit the road and make new memories. Let's go. This Stop and Save all the cool snacks and fun that we had not even planned was great . Walgreen park avenue, grand junction…read more There is little resolution in writing a review. Nothing changes. But I will write this for my own satisfaction. I started using the pharmacy from Walgreens on Park avenue when my daughter worked there. It was 7 years ago. I get one script filled there, all my other scripts are sent somewhere else. They are the worst. They have closed for days at a time with little warning in the middle of my script being filled because they did not have a pharmacist. They have changed their hours without warning, sometimes being closed on the weekends. The list goes on. My doctor writes my medication so that I have a large bottle that lasts 3 months and costs about 55 dollars. When I went to get my refill today the price was 133 dollars. I tried to haggle with them but they said that was the price. When they handed me my script there were 10 little bottles in the bag, that cost WAY more. They never informed me they were making a change. I don't know how they can do this. It is not what my doctor wrote as the script. I will have to jump through some hoops with my doc to get my scripts sent somewhere else. If I have my way I will NEVER use this horrible place again. My daughter said it was the most dysfunctional place she ever worked
