I only give 1 start for the sales representative who is all on until the service is done…read more The cleaning is not good not what was promised. I have a 10 bed airbnb and the bedsheets were not changed. Beds were made but dirty. I even provide enough cleaned bedsheets to do the change. They didn't have to do laundry. I gave specific instructions as they asked me to and didnt follow at all. Untrustworthy service.

This company's ability to communicate is ok but the service... it's TRASH. When I called, they…read morenever reviewed the "type of" cleaning they offered. Only asked if it was move in or move out. I said move out. They never told me that the house is expected to be "empty". This was the first time working with a cleaning crew that expected that (which is no problem). My problem is that they failed to communicate that part to me. We would've emptied the house. Anyways, talk about the cleaning... I'll upload pictures of it afterwards, yet they claimed they cleaned?? I am convinced they pay for reviews. They called to tell me the condition of the home (like I didn't know) we told them they did not have to clean the parts they had a problem with (fridge and cabinets bc it has stuff in it) they said they'd clean the fridge but we'd have to give them a 5 star review. Anyways, we are definitely not satisfied. They didn't not offer for the cleaners to come again (I wouldn't have accepted anyways) and decided to go back and forth with me on the phone. Def not pleased. The photos attached are just a few (cob web up by the door, dirty stuff still in toilet and food splatters still on oven).
