When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. Quite a few times I had to contact the son-in-law personally to make him aware of what's going on with the property since the owners were in another "country." If you do decide to rent from them please please please read the contract thoroughly, take pictures and videos of everything, send emails (paper trail) besides they screen their calls therefore if they don't like you they won't answer.
