An amazing talent for photography (years doing family events) and photo restoration. Very high quality standards, creative and very professional. The results from some of the restore work I didn't think were even possible. He may actually be more talented in photo restoration, but both skills are at a very high level. read more

Great people to work with. Charlie came in early and stayed late to photograph our private party. He promptly (2 days later) handed us a usb drive and CD of all the images. He has knack for getting the picture taken at just the right moment ! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Charlie H.

Charlie Harbin is a photographer living in Norcross, Georgia whose work has been published internationally. As a member of the Professional Photographers of America, he has a strict code of ethics and strives for perfection in every image captured. "Graduating from the New York Institute of Photography was the turning point in my life and career. I started to see things quite differently and began capturing those unique moments in time." In addition to his "camera for hire©", Charlie enjoys creating fine art photography. He has traveled extensively in the USA and Europe and brings those remarkable images to the walls of his gallery at the same location as his studio. Charlie provides photo and slide scanning services in house. He takes old, damaged and faded images and performs expert restorations. He also creates beautiful family keepsakes which are professionally prepared action slide shows which are enjoyed by all.

Charlie Harbin is first rate! We have used Stop the Clock Photo on 2 occasions so far and couldn't be happier! Charlie has photographed about 100 of our employees for professional head shots that we use in social media, presentations and upload for use in Outlook. He makes everything so easy by posting the pictures on his website, making downloads so easy and fast. Not only is he a phenomenal photographer but he has a fantastic personality also. Stop the Clock gallery and studio are conveniently located in downtown Norcross. Charlie is great to work with and has all the right tools to capture great images either on site at his studio or on location for portrait, fashion or product photographs. I used Charlie for professional corporate portrait photos. Scheduled session same day and had several select, cropped and prepped images a few days later. read more
