Stopped in today to ship some returns from Christmas. I was at brunch across street with friends who said "oh good luck at that UPS they are so mean" and I laughed that I agreed it was comically a rude environment but I was so close to the location, I would brave the bitter. Walked in, and instantly before I could even say hello was told by the same employee I avoided interacting with for a year "move to this side of the line, you'd think you would learn how lines work in kindergarten". So I walked out and drove to 83rd street UPS where they smile, are helpful and can treat you with humanity and kindness. Always try to give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are just having a bad day, but this guy is having much (much) more than a bad day.

I dropped my Xbox off with them about 3 weeks ago. Originally they said same day service but then it got delayed. I asked if I could pick up the next day no response. Over the past couple weeks I've texted daily to ask for pick up and I've only received a couple texts back and not one over the past 10 days. Small claims court is about the only option have now.
