He contacted me in the morning to let me know about what time he'd be at my home, he was on time, very knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist. He was able to diagnose the issues quickly and provided me various options for fixing the issues based on how much I spent for the laptops and how much I'd be wiling to spend on the project. I was very happy with the professionalism and experience of working with Adam.
