When she called me back to argue why being locked out of my storage was my fault and then aggressively argued with me then hung up. Prior to my move out, a week ago to be specific, i emailed staff and asked them to please let me know when they were changing the lock so that I could come down and get the new key but they failed to do so. The reason I chose this location was the flexibility in hours, i understand my rights as i am part of a legal firm that practices in contracts! Keeping a prepaid payment for 2 days due to you changing the locks to upgrade your system is an illegal lock out, especially when i request to be let known which specific date you changed my locks. The other staff there are amazing, Emma is very unprofessional and disrespectful ans has no customer service skills, she couldnt even carry a conversation with me in the office! She acted as if i was burdening her even for a receipt!​

They advertise the first month is $1... well that is a bit misleading... no matter what day of the month you begin renting you are charged $1 plus the admin fee to start everything... on the first of the next month... rent is due... but not pro-rated to reflect the full month of the discounted days remaining for the special pricing you receive... so.. if you rent on the 1st of the month... you get the full month... if you rent on the 28th of the month you get 2 days... which is no where close to the first month being $1! 2. Gate hours per the lease end 8pm all but Sunday which is 7pm... mind you not posted inside anywhere obvious... but they tell you when signing the lease you need to be out by 7:45/6:45 or there is a $150 charge for exiting late... 3. You call outside of normal business hours... even if gate not working during times specified on lease due to access issues that according to the lease should not be happening... you reach a recorded message stating all calls after office hours that are non-emergency will be charged $100 and that date issues are not considered an emergency!!!! This is the least of it! More reviews to come regarding the legal issues surrounding being denied access regardless of the letter of the law... dealing with rude... incompetent management... Whoever owns this... you should probably consider new management!

This place had the best prices locally and was down the street from my new place. The facility is a bit older but well-kept and as a disclaimer, is not an indoor air conditioned storage building. They are storage units that are covered and enclosed in steel corrugated walls. Not an issue with furniture, just make sure you cover your items or box them since it can get dusty (there is a lot of dirt and gravel surrounding the area outside the facility). This does keep the price down and the units vary but have very high ceilings so you can stack things to maximize space. Management is friendly and they do a good job at keeping the area secure and clean. I actually talk to them quite often and they're very cool! Not sure why others are saying they're rude. I will most likely keep my storage for a long time since it's very convenient and prices are very cheap.
