This storage may be way out easy in Clovis but you will not regret if you going to lease one there. I like the fact that they storage is maintained clean, easy, and accessible with cute street signs at each corner. The gate was pretty cool as well when the employee told me and my fiancé to download the app where we can click to open and close the gate only when we get nearby. Also, you would have to purchase the lock from them since the lock box is different from what I expected. Made a mistake when creating a shipping label for an urgent package the other week and realized the label had the wrong shipping address!! The worst part was the package wasn't dropped off at the shipping facility, it was dropped off at a business awaiting pick up for later in the day. I called the company Stor It Storage & Business Center and was very fortunate to have been helped by an on site representative named Megan. Megan provided me with an email address to send a revised label, after confirming the details stated on the original label. She was able to correct my mistake and made sure a surgery case went through without issue. I truly appreciate her efforts and hope she is acknowledged at the Clovis facility. read more

We have a number of units that we rent and have done so for many years without issues. Our payments have been automatically deducted from our bank for quite some time. This last month there must have been a computer glitch. Our payment did not go through. My husband received a late payment text on the 12th. I checked my email and had late payment emails. I immediately called the office to see what the problem was. They re input the debit card on file and it went through. For some reason it had not gone through before??? I did not find out til later that they charged me a late payment fee of $190. I called and talked to the manager. She refused to credit this amount. The fact that there was either a computer or person error on their part did not change her mind. She said we were sent a text earlier and should have responded. I was not sent the text and did not receive an email til 10/12. We have had these units for years. The manager could not see to it that this was their problem initially. She refused to refund the late fee. Bad business decision!!! read more

My family and I recently moved into town. And as we were on our way here to Fresno, CA. I called a place to see if they can help me find a good decent storage place so I can store my belongings. They found one for me and we requested for same day move in (storage). Mike called to confirm that I was coming in. Once we got to the storage office, I was greeted by Drew B. He was very helpful and showed my family and I around. I was so pleased that he actually took the time to sit down with us and got us started right away. He's actually the most nicest person I've come across. Other places has rude and ignorant employees. If anyone were to move out this way and need a place to store their things, I got y'all. I recommend this place to anyone. And it's also affordable which I love. They have a promotion that was going on so I paid for the first and second month of storage. They're super clean, have 24/7 surveillance video. They also have insurance where if anything gets damaged, they'll pretty much pay for ur property that is messed up. They have ac in the units. Drew made it super comfy to talk to. No run arounds nor last minute notifications. One last thing, best part they send you emails to update you. read more

My 2nds invoice generated. It had a lock fee that was never disclosed to me. The fee did not appear on the first bill just the 2nd. Not sure if this is something that they do regularly. Was quoted the wrong price over the phone by someone new. When I came in I was basically told by the owner I was lieing. He said he heard the phone conversation amd his employee never quoted me the price I had written down. I thought this was rude, I didnt push the issue. I was told I would receive a call when my large shipment came in, the shipment came and I received no call. Again I was told that they never agreeded yo call me. I would suggest recording your conversations qith them if you have any special requests, including asking about pricing over the phone. I also asked over the phone if it was dust free, because I store cosmetics. I was told yes but the storage was very dusty...not a great start. read more

Everyone is welcoming and there are plenty of private spaces to interact with clients or guests. I recommend all of the services, especially the VO. Our experience so far has been good. The facilities are clean and the office and meeting rooms are up to date and appealing. We rented a climate controlled storage unit and office/meeting room. The staff was very friendly and Michael did a great job of explaining everything to us. I had several questions and he answered them all well. These people are cheaters. I wasn't told on the phone that they were to add eight dollars a month AND that my rate would go up from $55 to $75. I pay $55 for the same size INCLUDING insurance at Derrels with my other unit. They were full so I was forced to use these guys. Now I pay $85, a $30 difference from what I pay at Derrels. Getting out this weekend!! Staff even admitted that in the phone notes they did not mention the insurance and that website wasn't clear on increase. The manager is a lier he told us first 2 months were going to be 24.00 for a promo they were having. I started on March 4th and on April 2 my account was suspended hadn't even made my first month payment. I need to get in to get pictures out of storage for my fathers funeral and i couldn't. I showed up on the 5th to get my stuff and close my account and was treated like i was lying about the suspension. Then they tried to charge me full price. Its a great facility but the management is poor and they need to look into new management. read more

We needed a storage unit at the last minute because the place we originally was going to get was not available. I called to get rates and Michael was awesome. He matched the rates I had received from another storage place and set us up. We showed up at the facility to find it exactly what was stated. It was well run, very clean and efficient. The storage unit is air conditioned (inside unit) which is great because we didn't even consider the heat in the summer and what it could do to the furniture. AVOID THIS PLACE! Sit a spell and let me tell you a story. Our work has two units here. We hired some movers to move items and take them to the storage unit. I follow them over, unlock the storage unit, and it is FULL to the brim of stuff. I go in to the young, highly incompetent, woman at the counter, looks at me like I am insane. I tell her the unit is full of items that aren't mine (it looked like stuff from an old barn). She then tells me, well #### that's Barbra's Unit. I said, but the key we got from you, has this unit number and the key works. I said I don't know of any other unit. So she looks it up on the computer and tells me, well you are ####. So I follow her in her little golf cart out to the unit. Sure enough, the key fits both locks! She then tells me that Steffy, or whomever wrote on the key made a mistake and it was supposed to be ### unit number, she then informs me, keys work several locks and then just drives off in her golf cart. Terrible customer service, just terrible. And such a liability, poor Barbara, I hope they tell her that someone got into her storage unit. This young lady needs to take a class, in customer service and manners. Hopefully I can talk work into dumping this disaster before it is to late. read more

I also like the air conditioning and secure 24/7 access, free wifi and you even get a PO Box with your virtual office rental, ups, usps, and fedex come by daily... Update... Was told to come in and we could talk about it and yes I did go in. Yes we did talk. Talked with the owner and I mentioned again about how Cody, since has been fired, for what I heard was things he was telling new customers, like myself. I again mentioned about how I was told I could use the truck on move out at no charge and his response was "why should we do anything for you after you wrote a bad review". He said he would have his son call me. Yes, his son called and said you could use the truck, but will have to pay for it. It is not the money, but the principle how C.S. will just fire someone and say he is not here to validate. On the size, they said in the small print it says something about the size. Their biggest sell is the C.S. is taller and you can put more in it, but probably in most cases who is going to go all the way to the ceiling. You would need a ladder. I went for it...lol. Darrels was less expensive, when I first was looking, but thought nice to have a free truck on move out. Enough..You will do what you want, even with a bad review. I think most reviews and done right away as you are told if you do a review right away, you won't have to pay for the lock. So that, I did as well. I am guessing most people don't come back to update their review. Good Luck! Good and Bad We found Clovis Storage to be very clean. It is very clean and well lit at night. The hours are nice for coming and going. The driveways are very wide and have room not to worry about someone else (including yourself) from having to back up or drive all the way around. The carts don't seem to be available most of the time. Was told there should be at least 1 at each end of building as we have an inside unit. Maybe that is the one thing to add, MORE CARTS! We were going to get a 10x20 shed, but when i measured it...it was more like 10x19. Brought it up to manager and was told we say 10x20 to get people to come and get. Say what it really is, instead of something like bait and switched. Sad!!! We then went to a 10x30. I guess there plan worked. Only stayed because we already had a 10x15 and saw we needed more, because of our temporary wait on house being built. The other bad thing is I was told that we could use the truck when we move out and when I went to pay for next months storage was then told it was only for move it and couldn't us it for free as was told by former employee. Was told that was 1 of the reasons he was let go. They said this happened before and they also were let go. I guess say what you can to get you to rent. Makes it hard to move after you are in. Especially for a few months stay. I was counting on it when i leave since all items will be in one place. Guess will do something else, but WON"T RENT HERE AGAIN. HONOR AND TRUTH REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE, especially when your business counts on it. We've had an inside building space there for about 4 years. In the beginning the fans would run keeping the inside units from getting too hot. One reason that we didn't mind paying a little more than other places because our stuff wouldn't melt in the summertime. We noticed last summer the inside was sweltering and complained the fans were not on. The issue was not addressed as they were not on again this summer. We were told it would be looked at but they still never ran. They Also only raised the rates every other year about $6. They raised them twice this year, Nov. 2020 for $8 and Sept 2021 for $12. When we complained about this we were told that "supply and demand" was driving the increases. So it appears the new corporate environment is to increase revenue by cutting corners on facilities operations and raise rates as high as they can get and to heck with customer loyalty. We found another place close by, very comparable in every way and $20 less per month. I'm sure they know where they can shove their supply and demand attitude. read more
