The place is clean, except my unit wasn't swept out like the manager said she was going do before moving my goods in it. They did give half off the following next month rent. Good thing I only need it for less than 6 months, they don't pro-rate rent either so be advised on move in and out dates.

So as you can assume, they were very excited to receive a call back for an interview. Only to find out they start you at 14. It's very unprofessional and wrong to advertise your job in such a way and was honestly just a waste of time that could have been avoided if they were honest in their job listing. And if they're not honest about something as little as a job listing, what else are they not honest about. Very disappointing.

We did not get cable service for that period of time so had no clue it had been damaged during the move. I took dated photos of the damage bc we were about to celebrate Thanksgiving; we're leaving on a long planned trip and we were not returning until right before Christmas. On 12/27 I contacted the company, explained the situation and the delay but stressed I had dated pics showing the damage from a month earlier. The manager agreed w my explanation and requested the pics( w date stamps) and said he would get back to me. He didn't. I contacted him again and again he requested pics and again he promised to get back to me. He didn't again. Contacted him yet again and he begrudgingly offered $300 to replace a $1000++ tv that he admitted, had been damaged by his crew. His 'argument' was I waited too long to make my legitimate claim. He admitted that the fact his crew had actually done the damage was irrelevant bc of the delay in contacting him. They were a perfectly capable moving company but don't expect anything from them if you have any sort of issue or damage from your move.

All the interior and my pontoon is completely burned and ruined .. My pontoon is 2013 and it look like it was brand new before I brought it to decks and docks for service and storage . I called decks and docks right away when I discovered the damages on my boat and the owner called me and said he would come out to take a look at it. I have pictures and videos of my boat with my family on how nice my boat looked before they picked it up for storage and service at decks and docks. I paid Steve their service manager over $750 for the wrap and winter storage . The owner said he would come out to my house to look at it. Stay tuned until I see what the owner is going to say

She is a brilliant, intelligent, wonderful, honest, caring, and hardworking human being and helped us broker my dad's boat. My dad has quickly progressed Alzheimer's so it's been a heartbreaking time for our family. There were a lot of hurdles we needed to cross like a missing title, un-winterized parts, boat being stacked on a dolly instead of cement blocks, etc. and she patiently and seamlessly helped us problem-solve and navigate through each challenge. She knows boats inside and out, is very well-connected and sharp, and we wouldn't have made it through this process with her. Highly recommend!!!
