Loyalty clearly means nothing here -- long-term customers get punished instead of appreciated. On top of that, the facility has no carts or equipment to help you move items. When I asked about it, I was told that "people put them in their lockers and there's nothing they can do." So basically, you're on your own. If you're thinking about moving in, stay away. Between the overpriced units and the lack of basic moving assistance, this place is not worth it.

I had planned on packing my watches and wearing my wedding ring. My wife packed her gold jewelry and most expensive things, herself. They started scooping things up, indiscriminately tossing everything in boxes. I realized they had packed my hearing aid charger but it was too late to recover it. They had already packed all of my jewelry before I could stop them. I had to buy a new one. When our stuff was delivered we realized things were missing. We made a claim, they offered us a small amount. Now I have to sue them for the value of our missing valuables.
