He obviously understood the power of his positive customer service, and knowing he was not getting compensated for his time - he had already clocked out - he totally helped me access my unit and saved the day! I imagine that in this line of work, customer service isn't always appreciated or expected, but wow! Steven was just so wonderful to me and really saved me from a lot of hassle. But I can't talk to a person on this and keep getting an AI. Even though I received notice they received my move out form, my online account doesn't show that I moved out. Again I received a notice in November that they received my moving out form. We've left the place on November 25th as too dangerous to park a travel trailer there. It's packed like sardines everywhere, and the roadway is only the width of a car.
