The only reason we realized the camper was stolen is because we happened to drive by and notice it was missing. Tried to contact the owner to get info about the break in so I could make a police report, I was told I couldn't have that info. The place has surveillance cameras, but I have no idea if they work! How can someone just drive out of a secured storage facility, WITH SURVEILLANCE, with someone else's camper and the owner NOT notify them? To make things worse, my access to the storage unit was revoked because I had already "moved out", no my camper was stolen! And I had already paid a month ahead!! I am still waiting on a refund! The owner of this place is avoiding all their customers and hiding behind an answering service that will not provide any info or work with you so you can file a police report. Second post... We just mad a police report and the deputy stated there was no report of burglary or theft made with the sheriff's department (who has jurisdiction). So the owner lied; extremely suspicious! As for the facility itself; while it is fairly clean, the markers identifying each rental lane are done with simple spray paint, which has faded and can no longer be seen. The markers identifying each rental space is so faded you can barely see that as well. I had someone parked in my lane for weeks and the owners response was to just park in an available spot until he could figure out who parked in my lane. I never heard back from him to let me know if the other person had moved or not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE! Pay a little more for a more secure and customer friendly location.
