The cleaners helped me move some small furniture and cleaned around the big furniture. After 3 hours my carpets are almost dry. I have to do move out cleanings every 1-3 years when I move for work and I think the truck systems get the carpets a little cleaner. These cleaners use a truck-less system. A few comments on customer service: I called around town getting quotes and when I called back a second time to book, they did not realize I had called once before and quoted me $30 more than the original quote. When I mentioned it, they did honor the lower price. But they did not honor the Yelp voucher I bought. Hopefully Yelp will refund it.

Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again.
