They are very quick and efficient and the second time it was a long distance move from Berwick, PA to Mifflinburg, PA, first it was loading truck from a manufactured home , than an hours drive to Mifflinburg into an apartment which is on the second floor and 21 steps up ( steep steps) I had requested 3 movers this time around as I knew with going up 21 steps it would be necessary. The guys worked hard, just kept going up and down those steps. I know they worked hard and I am grateful for their hard work. I highly recommend their services as both times I was very pleased with their hard work, efficiency and pricing was reasonable . They literally wrote "gauge doesn't work" in black marker on the tank. They never filled up the tank after they installed it because they "forgot to run the credit card on file". Then they said they would give us a new tank because we shouldn't have been given a broken tank to begin with and they will make sure someone comes the next day to fill it up. We eventually got our new tank and they hauled away the broken one but I had to call them 4 days later to remind them to fill it up. All of this was Heller's fault because of poor organization in their office. Well guess what! Even though this is all their fault, we got charged every time they came out here...hundreds of dollars worth to pay for THEIR mistakes. DO NOT ever use this company unless you want to deal with frustration and unorganized people!
