Was told that their guy (Rex) tried calling us, but had the wrong number. They gave me Rex's cell #, so I called him to find out what was going on. He said he was out to our house, but didn't think it was the right house because (a) he saw that we currently have HVAC (b) there were vehicles in our driveway and (c) he couldn't find the house number. Side note: There is an address marker at the edge of our driveway near the street. He said he sat in our driveway and tried to call us, but had the wrong number. So he left. Never came to the door and knocked to see if it was the right place. He simply left. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. Absolutely not. I then called back to the main office to see if they had anyone else available to come out. They didn't. The lady I spoke with also didn't seem to be the least bit concerned with the fact that they just lost a job because of pure laziness. I'm looking to do a full HVAC replacement and upgrade. If their employees are too lazy to get out of their car and knock on my door, then I don't want them going anywhere near my HVAC. I'll happily give this project and my money to literally anyone who is motivated enough to get out of their car and knock on my door. That's how low the bar is and Rex still couldn't clear it.

Called to get our two zones working again and ended up paying $350 for parts and over $500 for labor. He was here three times after the installation and still didn't fix the problem, leaving me in the same place I started but out over $800. He claims he didn't get my several calls and messages then has the nerve to say he didn't charge me for his repeat visits. What? He claims his price is competitive but he didn't even fix the issue, and wouldn't refund any of his labor costs to get someone who actually can fix it. All he did was stick me with a higher heating bill and no money to hire someone else.
