I recently contacted them to let them know that I was coming to clean out the unit and would be terminating the lease. They were extremely professional and very helpful. I wasn't sure I would be able to locate the key or even if the lock would work after 16 years. They assured me that Todd would be available to assist me with whatever I needed. Amazingly the lock still worked after all that time which I feel is a testament to the fact that the unit was well sheltered from the elements. Also I was extremely impressed to find that other than a thick layer of dust all of the items survived intact with no rodent damage whatsoever. Honestly I expected to find at the least that some of the items would have been chewed but no it was as I had left it. I highly recommend their facility for your storage needs!!!!
