We returned approx. 3 months later for an oil check and had them check sunroof again (to see if it was our error). Owner of the mechanic shop said that there is definitely NOT an issue with our sunroof or the seal. He viewed the water damaged and stated that he was going to let his customers know to AVOID Bubble Down. It would not have been much of an expense to pay for our headliner to be cleaned. Instead, we now see that many other Bubble Down customers are posting about damage to their vehicles and some of them are even more severe. This shows incredibly poor Customer service at this Bubble Down location :( If an expensive automobile is damaged by Bubble Down, the correct thing to do would be to pay for the vehicle to be put back into the same condition it was PRIOR to entering their "car wash." We didn't ask for a new car, or for the entire interior to be cleaned. We're talking about a $50 service to clean the headliner where THEIR water and chemicals stained our headliner after ripping open our sunroof due to OVER SUCTION. Water literally poured inside our vehicle when our sunroof was closed. Bubble Down saw the damage occur, inspected our vehicle, took pictures, agreed that the suction was too strong, and they refused to acknowledge any need for cleaning or repair. We were told by management that they had to adjust the suction setting, so they certainly DID acknowledge the issue. Today we have water stains on our roof and we will need to pay out-of-pocket to have this cleaned. Shame on Bubble Down. Poor business management. Not ethical. We feel bad for these employees who took the time to document our claim, acknowledge the damage, and then have to be embarrassed that Bubble Down didn't support them or their business. We will NEVER return to Bubble Down, due to poor ethics on their part.

I did have to wait but they were able to fit me in! The interior looks absolutely amazing. It has been years since I had my seats washed and they look so fresh and clean. Best $60 I've spent. I also bought the Gold car wash, but I think they spent so much time on the inside--my windshield and back windows aren't washed. Not a big deal, but if I need a more detailed service, I will def make an appointment next time so they have dedicated enough time to cleaning everything. I will definitely be back! Lately there has been more and more lack of attention to the cars as they come in. 2 operators in the bay and 1 could not wait to run back into the office. The one operator will barely brush the one side of the car and the does a little better. One side shoots a fast spray of the wand and the other may or may not spray at all. I pay for this service. It is not like I am getting a favor because it is not part of my subscription. Also, more and more finding that I have to walk to several vacuum stations to find detail towels not in the dirty bin. The entire front side was out. I was going to cancel my service as there are so many options for subscription wash companies but I want to give them another month and see if it gets better. I do go at least 1 or 2 times a week as it is in route to my gym.

A couple small downsides that other car washes provide our glass cleaner, interior dash cleaner, and air fresheners. I got a towel this day, but normally I don't think they're out there. Towels are really nice to have as no auto car wash gets them completely dry. But the wash itself is really good and the vacuum works great. Staff super friendly and plenty of bays to vacuum (super strong) and clean the mats.
