There aren't any long term contracts, just month to month. The units were always clean and I never had any issues with bugs or rodents. The grounds have a gate that can only be opened by your own personal key code. Place was super safe and the young lady always at the front counter was very helpful and nice. Nice value. Definitely recommend as long as you don't need climate controlled.

They are dog friendly and provide plenty of bags to allow clean up. Most of the people that live there are friendly, some are not so much to the younger quiet people, which is ok.
