I spoke to Zachary if I recall his name correctly. Prior to my visit, I reserved a unit online so I would be able to view it before making a decision. Zachary was friendly and helpful, even letting me see the unit before I finalized the purchase. The unit is everything I need, with service to match. There was no…read moreemergency support for this type of issue and the only thing I was told was to call back in 2 days on the last day I have to move everything out. It's not the fault of the phone representative, but this should not have been an issue in the first place and the owner should have an emergency contact number to get these things taken care of quickly. It's also very frustrating to be told that there is no record of my tenancy when I have emails documenting this whole process.
