Rented for two years. Never had any problems. If it is a busy time, carts become an issue with people hoarding them and holding elevators.....all the negatives were other tenants who were inconsiderate. Very clean. On sight manager was very nice. Would definitely rent from her again. No damage or smell to any stored items. read more

The elevators here close 2 seconds after opening. They come to the floor and go back down in 2 seconds. There's no one here to help. This place is so inconvenient that it makes coming here a hassle. Security is also pretty minimal and I'm glad there's nothing we're storing that's worth more than a buck. Not fond of this place. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. I wouldn't store my things here if it was free. This place is unsafe, NO customer service. Rented a 10x10 a few months ago. Moved a few car loads in, noticed the doors were always stuck open...all day, ALL night..elevator doors were also stuck open..My unit was all the way down the middle, turn left then all the way down to the end corner of the facility. Lights don't come on until you're halfway down the isle. I went the next day to speak to the office person, but nobody was there, doors locked.. went back later that day, still no one there. called the "customer service " to ask if this was normal that the facility was left wide open all day & night. The person acted shocked and said they were going to address it immediately. Went back the next day, saw a car in front of the office, but door still locked. Went back a couple hours later to try again. As im sitting in my car, a truck pulls up and guy gets out and asks me if I work there. I laugh and tell him i dont think ANYONE works here. I explain my situation, he says he is there to reset the elevators, and he says he has had many issues with never finding any employees at that location and not being able to get ahold of the manager. The next day (day 3) I was finally able to get someone to help me get my things out of there. As we were loading up the car, a lady was there dropping things off and I asked her if she was aware the doors were broke and wide open all night long, she told me she had been renting from them for almost 2 years and that the doors were ALWAYS broken and it took forever for them to get fixed. My stuff was there for 3 days, anyone could have gone in there at any time and cut locks off, or hid out in the stairwell. I routinely drove past this building after moving my things out and the place was WIDE open 24/7for WEEKS! Apparently safety isnt a concern to them. I found a great storage unit bigger than a 10x10, cheaper too, that actually had employees on site. I had no problems feeling 100% safe going there. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place. read more

I had this unit for over 12 months and wasn't happy about it at all. I've learned that they can raise your rent every month without notice. This is common for all storage units so I won't hold it against them. But the "climate controlled" didn't happen. The unit is very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. I know the temp got about 80 degrees at one time and that seemed common in the summer. So it wasn't a maintenance issue. Additionally there are only 2-3 dollies available for the whole building. So 50% of the time you can expect to not have one. You should plan to bring your own. read more

I rented a small space to store items for when my daugter gets a place of her own. It is very clean and secure. They need more people available during working hours. We recieved a call that the lock was not on properly so I drove over and checked. I could not see any issue. No one was available to talk to so we left a couple of messages until we received a call back. The person we talked to said they could see no issue. It seems to be a fairly new place and are working out the bugs. I can say the price is right. read more

Had our stuff in storage for a year, arrived the other day to find the doors don't work (had to force them open), all of the carts are gone, rooms are filled with junk that people left, and nobody to help during normal business hours. On top of that we paid on time for the year and we're 2 weeks late on a our past scheduled payment and they scheduled an auction. In all fairness that is our fault. In my opinion, find a different company. read more

the booking process was so easy on the app! Jackie is always so nice and helpful when I call the office. She even checked on me since I hadn't moved my stuff in yet (it had been 2 weeks ) to make sure I still was moving stuff because she didn't want me to have to pay for the next month if I decided not to. Now thats an organized and very personalized service in my books!! They have carts for you to load your items so you don't have to carry one thing at a time, which my sons were relieved haha. I just started using them to store stuff as we prep for moving. The price is great and the facility is very clean. I feel secure while I'm there as there are lots of cameras. The elevators are huge and nice as well which is great since I'm the 3rd floor. read more

They raised my rent with the only notification being snail mail in which I moved so I haven't gotten it. Then when I called to inquire and complain about why my rent went up, they decided to cancel my unit WITHOUT telling me. I got an email later that day saying we're sorry to see you go. Reporting them to the BBB as this owner has lost their mind and this is a very bad business practice. Do not rent from here ever! read more

Terrible service. I stopped at one of the locations 4 times and no one was ever there to help me. I called 5 times and the situation was never dealt with. They just transferred me to another person on the phone who still didn't resolve the issue. I had appointments multiple times and there was never a property manager there to help me. Very disappointed in the service, and felt disrespected by being told to be somewhere, driving there, and no one being there. Get your stuff together! read more

Pleasantly surprised this this unit. Did everything online and everything was contactless. The unit was kept pretty clean. The elevator space was nice and there were plenty of cart to move things. My only complaint is that it's hard to find the units because there is no sense of order or signs that point to a certain number row so you kind of just have to remember where you are. Overall its a nice space and set up. read more

Easy and efficient process to rent and gain access. The building is very clean inside and out.

Able to reserve and purchase a storage unit online without having to go during office hours and meet with someone which was very convenient as work schedules can be hectic. They provided me with all of my documents online and texted my information to me the morning of getting my unit with my unit # and gate code which was also nice. read more
