The beautiful team at Store Here Ship There was absolutely amazing. I had to accomplish a return and NOTHING on my end seemed to be working, so we dropped off our package and crossed our fingers. I called to see what else needed to be done and I spoke with Julia, (who by the way was wonderful) but she had an emergency and had to send me to another team member, OMG!!!! First, she sounded just like Julia:), but more importantly she was equally helpful, polite, courteous, and well-spoken as she walked me through the process and led me straight to the solution in record time!! This store is amazing! Just a half mile to the right when you leave the fort and it has UPS, USPS and FEDEX services! I was driving 7 miles into Lansing before a friend told me about this place! Rarely do I have to stand in line- the ladies that work here, work efficiently and with a smile. They are always kind and helpful. You don't feel like you're waiting at a post office- you feel like you are chatting with friends while you get an errand done. They can package just about anything and I love how close they are!
