Postal workers make the world go round and I really appreciate those that put in the work to make it all possible. If it wasn't for these people we wouldn't be able to communicate outside of technology as businesses or with friends and family. I appreciate the extended hours (open until 6 pm Monday- Friday) this location offers which includes being open on Saturdays! The staff is always professional and verifies each guest are following the full procedure to send mail effectively. I've been having to send some important documents this year and recently learned you can attach a green card to be sent back on certified mail for legal confirmation that it has been received. Today the line was to the door and it was so refreshing that we all waited our turn patiently, the two ladies did the best they could being understaffed. Remember these people provide vital, secure and resilient communication and delivery infrastructure for the nation, please treat them as the superstars that they are(: Thank you so much for your service!

If I could rate this place a -10 I would, mannish or however you spell his name was absolutely…read morerude, disrespectful, did not have any customer service skills whatsoever, he was absolutely rude to me and my husband and my children, impatient, at the end because it took us 8 minutes to finish our applications he was saying "you're late I don't have time for this" we had arrive at 235 our appointment was 245 and there was already a line. And at the end he said he could only do 2 of our 4 passports because of the line holding us back and all I said was could you please we're here we arrived on time, it's not our fault the line was long, and he said to arrive earlier next time or don't come at all, at the end I just had to express how rude he was and that we will never come back here again, and he said "Good because you're never welcomed back here" good ! To be around a rude person like that I think I'll save my gas and go else where. Disgusting service !
