I didn't have any issues with the truck, I do recommend if you are renting a hand truck to tie it down with a bungee to prevent it from rattling around. Upon returning the truck a guy welcomed me and asked if there was any issues. I had the truck for about 12 hours with $15 insurance and paid around $100 including refuel. Overall if I was in need of a truck rental I would definitely return.
