ordered a nebulizer and paid for priority shipping on Nov 29 to be received by Dec 3.. after it hadn't arrived by then, I send emails on the 4th and again on the 9th and received no reply. Finally arrived on the 12th but it wasn't what I had ordered. Sent a 3rd email requesting the correct product and a way to send back the wrong one - as of the 16th, still haven't received any replies to emails. Put a hold on my cc payment and waiting to hear back from that. Would I buy from Allergy Be Gone again? not likely! read more

He was very personable, apologized, and got the product out to me in two weeks. To tide me over under the order could get there he sent me a small size bottle. I ordered a nebulizer for my daughter from their online store. It took 17 days to get to my home even though I paid $9.25 for FedEx. Within 2 weeks the machine's on and off switch got dislodged and would not turn the machine on and off. My previous nebulizer lasted 5 years. I emailed them twice--no response. I called them and was abruptly and rudely told to call the manufacturer. i said I emailed you twice after only 2 weeks of owning the machine. Ilana said, "We didn't get your emails" I told her I am using a portable nebulizer for my daughter's asthma and it is being overused; I need to replace this machine. She did not care at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Guess what--I got connected to a voicemail. All day long when I called, I got connected to Ilana's voicemail. This company should not exist--It is a sham. I've read similar stories on facebook and hope that noone has to deal with this type of company again. Better Business bureau has been notified as well as The Division of consumer Affairs. Placed an order on Nov. 5, 2020 for face masks. The item was not in stock but expected delivery was Jan. 4, 2021. I had not received an update so I sent an email (with the order #) asking for its status. Have not received a response. Decided to call last week. I was on hold for over ten minutes and had to hang up to get on with life. Called again on two days ago. This time got a voice messaging system. Left a voice message and have not gotten a call back. I still have my a copy of my order invoice from Nov. 5, 2020, and still waiting for the product or at least a response. read more

Ordered a HEPA filter, received damaged goods. The first customer service rep issued a return packing slip. Shipped it back and heard.... nothing. After 3 weeks I called and received the worst customer service I have EVER received, like EVER. Not helpful at all, and basically hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I did some investigating of my own and tracked down the package with FedEx. It had been delivered 7 days after I sent it. I called back with this info and said they would process the refund in 3 -5 days, why didnt this process start when they received my package? Will report back if the refund doesnt come. read more

After days trying to contact rude and unreliable customer service I finally got a form to return the product yet I sent it back and never received my promised refund. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service and handling of returns. I ordered a filter cartridge for a vapor mask and they sent me the wrong item! I got a water filter for a refrigerator instead. Totally wrong. I called customer service immediately and the associate was completely unapologetic and was extremely rude. She kept interrupting me when I was speaking and did not care at all. She was supposed to send me a return label, but every time she tried to email it, it wouldn't open. I had to call back several times, but she blamed it on technical problems. She said she'd call me back 24-48 hours later. I didn't get a call back, and I called back in 48 hours and she had the audacity to tell me on the phone that it actually would be 48 hours in 5-6 hours from then. Unbelievable! I didn't get a phone call back after that, so I called back a week and one day later and she still couldn't help me. She tried sending a return label again and it didn't work. Also, every time I ask for a manager she ignores me, talks over me, interrupts me, and hangs up on me!! Then she sent me 20 emails of that same stupid return label link that doesn't work! 20 emails in a row!! She is psychotic! And today I've tried calling back several times and it goes straight to voice mail. I've had enough!! Stay away from this company!! read more

Beware of ordering from this company. I recently placed an order, received damaged goods, and incorrect size of filter. Company did give a refund, but and kept 31% of the order cost for themselves. Also, I had asked for the correct filter as a replacement, not a refund. Only word on that, was the partial credit to my charge card. read more

"I never received the product!!! I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered it from Allergy Be Gone through Amazon on September 14th. I paid a lot extra for overnight shipping, to ensure I would have it by the 21st for a birthday present. I was told it would ship the 17th or 18th and arrive the 18th or 19th. By the 19th when I still hadn't received any tracking info (although it said "shipping" in my Amazon account) I found out the store was closed the 19th-22nd for a holiday. I had emailed them earlier. I received an email on the 22nd claiming they had requested more time "as seen on Amazon page." There was nothing on any Amazon page. I received no notification. I checked with Amazon customer service and they had not received notification. Amazon customer service contacted them to see if they would mail it immediately and waive the shipping fee. I received an email from the company stating the item is no longer available. I called the store to inquire if it was no longer available, why I hadn't been informed on the 14th when I placed my order (and would have had time to order something else or elsewhere). The representative said they had been closed all week for a holiday. I pointed out that according to their own website, they had only been closed the 19th and the 20th. She said, "well, we didn't get the shipment, so we cancelled your order." The item is still listed as available on Amazon and on their website. Just flipped back through seller reviews and saw other costumers this very month have not received orders and never received notification from the company!" read more
