When I used U-Haul to move my stuff to this location, the process was very easy. I was glad they accepted U-Haul drop offs because it saved me so much time and some money. I also thought I was late for a payment when I went in and the gentleman was very helpful! He helped me figure out my problems and thoroughly explained the process. This was the return location for a recent UHaul reservation. Reserved and prepaid for a rental - 24…read morehours, 89 miles, one way rental from a small town in TN to Huntsville AL. The issuing vendor botched many things - the equipment was missing a tire and they entered the wrong drop off location and lowered the mileage to 35. The SAFE MINI STORAGE location on Plummer Road in Huntsville consummated the errors and negative experience by not "receiving the rental truck". They made some calls but in the end threw up their hands and blamed "the system" and charged me more for a mileage overage. They admitted it was wrong. I pre-paid for 89 miles. The issuing vendor put in 35 miles. I was there for nearly an hour trying to get the truck rental "received" and resolve the erroneous mileage charge. In the end I left with a customer service number, more charges on my credit card, and a very negative opinion.
