I had some items that could have had rodent access: patio cushions, a couple of winter coats, books & various papers etc. As we had moved out of town, the visits to the unit were not frequent. I had heard horror stories about mice & spiders in storage places. When we went to vacate the unit, I was totally impressed because we didn't find a single rodent dropping, no spider webs or bugs of any kind. There was a light coat of dust/dirt that had blown in. With a garage type door and the swirling wind, some dirt was to be expected. After my experience with them, I highly recommend the Lehi Stock-N-Lock for storage needs.

We ended up here much longer than anticipated and appreciated the efforts to stay connected by the manager. It made renting easier. Loading and unloading were easy.
