My fiancé had called around to get some storage quotes from a few different places, and we ended up…read moregoing with Stor'em in Lehi. They had a good monthly price of $134~ for 10x15' units, and they were doing a promo of one month free. My fiancé had reserved a unit with Pam over the phone (they had spoken a couple times), but when I called, she didn't have any recollection of speaking to him and did not have a saved reservation under our names. Pam was very friendly and enthusiastic whenever we spoke, but the process is a little confusing. I've never rented a storage unit before, so I'm not sure if this is the norm. Pam directed me to call back, but she would not answer so I could get through to the main customer service call center where I could reserve a unit with the one-month free promo. I called back and spoke to someone where they quoted the price, including insurance. Despite me stating we already had renters insurance to both her and Pam, she denied that any other charges were included in the quoted price. I found out otherwise when I actually went into the office to sign the lease. Luckily, we only paid the storage price and not the insurance required if you don't have your own. I provided our driver's licenses and a copy of our renters insurance and signed the copy of the lease a few days after first speaking with Pam. She was kind enough to show me the unit, but the unit sticks and has to be finessed to open. The front gate was broken (getting stuck) when I was there, and a weird guy in his 20s seemed to be casing the place before I left. He was going around the property, seemingly unaware of both Pam and I watching him. He checked the fences and the brick wall before being picked up by an SUV outside the front, and sped off. Pam said she was alerting the manager just in case and said he would probably head over for the night. This put me at ease. So far, I feel like our stuff is safe... hopefully the 24/7 surveillance is up and running like they claim. The entrance gate seems to be open more than it should, but hopefully no one roams on in, targets our unit randomly and is able to break the lock. Here's to hoping!

The manager, Malena, has been so easy to work with & so helpful from the word go & her customer service has been excellent. I had some items that could have had rodent access: patio cushions, a couple of winter coats, books & various papers etc. As we had moved out of town, the visits to the unit were not frequent. I had heard horror stories about mice & spiders in storage places. When we went to vacate the unit, I was totally impressed because we didn't find a single rodent dropping, no spider webs or bugs of any kind. There was a light coat of dust/dirt that had blown in. With a garage type door and the swirling wind, some dirt was to be expected. After my experience with them, I highly recommend the Lehi Stock-N-Lock for storage needs.

Called them to see if they would be ok leaving our original price they said they follow market value which we looked up and it said anywhere between $150-$180 which is what we are already paying, they said the best they could do for us is lower it $6. We also signed up for a certain sized area and they didn't give us the one we signed up for. And now they want us to pay more for it.... I used these guys because they were quality and came across as budget friendly. Turns they switch up on you and the fees add up and they give you only the smallest legal day notice before they change your rate. Would not recommend.

Ridiculous. After two rude phone calls, I cancelled my plans to store anything in their facility and decided to use a different facility that are managed by nice people who are courteous and professional.
