When I came out and asked them to, please move, the driver started to argue with me about how the truck is DOT certified and can park wherever it wants for at least 10 minutes. Me explaining that this is a no parking zone, due to the pin pad, didn't seem to affect him at all. I did finally tell them that they could re-park and block the parking in front of my building, that was fine, and at that point, they agreed to move their truck. Unfortunately, I've now had a negative interaction with your drivers. As a storage facility manager, I wouldn't be able to recommend your company. Adding to this that they were visiting the cannabis shop next door to my property and NOT loading or unloading.

There was a bit of a snafu with their arrival time but when they arrived, they got immediately to work. They loaded and boxed and wrapped furniture, along with packing the big things I couldn't. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

They showed up early and were already backed up to my gate with the Uboxes open and ready to start loading. They scheduled my move for two hours and finished in one hour! The revised locks on the swinging door (not the roll up doors) can be easily defeated IMO. The staff here is pretty friendly, has fair prices, no hidden fees, reasonable policies, and dumpster for use. I don't like that you have to use their locks and they keep a key. Even though it's in a sealed bag, there's no assurance that they haven't made an extra key earlier nor that bag is the same one you sealed. The hours you have access to the units isn't as much as the other places.
