Guardian happened to have a free shredding day the day we left our family's home. It was easy in, a young lady and the gentleman operating the truck were friendly and helped unload the five boxes of documents. The materials were loaded into the shredder as I watched. I can't say much about the business except that it looked clean, appeared to be secure, and if these two folks running the free shred day operation are indicative of the staff operating the storage facility, I bet it's a good one. There is no pro rating in terms of how many days of a particular month you occupy the unit. No consideration, no class! They threaten to auction your things and site these made up "laws" they claim they are forced to abide by. Owner also told me if I didn't like it, I should call state representative. Will not take partial payments! Refused my payments!
