We were even expected to give a premium tip for the service. However , within few days of opening the boxes , and use of listed broken items: outdoor patio desk, pair of bar chairs ,HOT WHEEL led Garages of my son, expensive tempur pedic mattress which had a spring broken, with tyre marks on the sheet. When approached to Cross, he did not respond until several mails, and then when he responded he offered a 60 dollar refund for the damaged items way more than was being offred . The tip that was given to his workers was 200, so we expected a premium delivery of service. Instead we got this. Irresponsible and not owning up to his fault. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ..ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS
