Not only did they take an item to the post office 9 days after I delivered it to their store and after I went in to complain, but they overcharge (their prices are not consistent), and I'm pretty sure someone at their store is stealing items because an item I delivered never even made it to the post office. They do nothing about it. Not even a refund on shipping. They don't care. They are probably the worst place to take your deliveries to... unless you want it to never be delivered. There's a reason they have multiple complaints about deliveries never making it. Tracking info. shows it never even making it to the post office, yet they try to say someone picks it up at their store as to deny responsibility. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING AND RUN FAR AWAY! They are not listed on BBB so the only way to report them is through the postal inspector, which I have already done.

Right when you walk in you can scan the return, prints out, tape it and then just wait in line and turn it. Did and there was a LONG line! It is the season. Luckily, ir moved fast! Greeted by kind worker, just gave printout taped to return and says thank you with good day wishes!! Definitely a time saver for the worker and me! Easy convenient return and GREAT service!
