We were disappointed with our experience renting a boat. It's clear that the rentals are low priority for the business. The prices on the website were $100 cheaper than the posted prices, but the owner failed to tell us that when we booked the boat rental. The owner also failed to tell us that they don't provide life jackets for youth, so we had to purchase one when we got there. Next time I'll go to Okoboji where they understand how to run a rental operation. read more
