From the beginning, he had us alert so he could be present when the Allstate adjuster suddenly came early to do their inspection. We have now been through two rounds of negotiations with insurance and Cliff informed us each step how to increase the odds of getting a fair deal : 1) how they would offer only 50% initially what should be paid, and 2) he then responded to the insurance by listing items they left off, and reasons the should be paid for. He explained everything thoroughly and made it possible to be able to pay for the roof replacement because our deductible is too high. Century Roofing gave us the best bid and the crew came out the next day and completed most of the work that same day. They replaced some boards that had rotted by the vents. They finished up the next day so we have a new roof before the rain and more leaking happened. They did a great job and we're happy with our new roof. They use quality roofing materials.
