He won't sell you something you don't need, but will make suggestions based on what you may want, once he gets to know your style, your priorities, etc. His rates are very reasonable, as I've used his excellent handyman services quite often. If/When I need something done, Nathaniel is the first guy I contact. And, more often than not, he responds quickly. Whenever I need a roof done, Nathaniel will have my business.
