Unfortunately, it is not what they provided. Instead, they destroyed my backyard in such a way that made it impossible for any grass cutting lawn machine to operate that area. They gave many excuses as to why that was but mentioned they were going to return to fix and complete the job. Unfortunately, they kept stringing me along as if they were returning to make this right, but they never did. It was now May 25th, and over 2 months passed since they started the project, yet still I was waiting for them to return to complete it. I then had no choice but to hire another company to come out to repair and complete my backyard in the condition that it should have been. I ended up paying double because of this mess.. I then contacted Kims Landscaping to request a settlement agreement to compensate me for the extra expenses that I lost by paying another company to come out to restore my backyard. They preferred to offer me to come out for the season to do a regular and biweekly cut at no cost as compensation, but even this they did wrong. They left my grass high and all the weeds untouched. On the first cut, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for them to fix it on the next..Unfortunately, they did it again but worse, and I had no choice but to hire other permanent landscapers because apparently Kims Landscaping became a joke. I have plenty of photos to show the work they have done but for some reason I am unable to attach it to this post. They also ran over and destroyed a trampoline I had dismantled in the ground. And they also ran over my downspout. Wish I could download the photos.

Mike jumped in to start work immediately when I finally reached out for help, making my yard safe and enjoyable again. He's still continuing to fix the work the other contractor started, but he's also taken on other projects that are improving our experience of our space. It gives me a lot of hope and has helped me heal in the middle of one of the worst experiences of my life. Mike is always engaged, even when he isn't the one completing a task. He comes around and checked up on work constantly. He's also communicative, honest, and transparent. He genuinely seems to love what he does and does really good work. I've seen the worst of landscapers and contractors -- but Mike is absolutely one of the best. His team is full of great people who are hard workers and do great work too! This company has gone completely downhill. I have used Precision property for years and they always…read morehave done a thorough job. That is no longer the case. I hired them for a spring cleaning to get rid of the leaves in my yard and my beds and my ID and pick up branches Etc. I ended up picking up most of the branches before they came because I had to mow my lawn. Two guys came out for about 90 minutes and cleaned up a portion of my backyard. Leaves were still all over the yard and in the beds along the house and in the ivy. Even though the work was not completed as contracted they charged my card the remaining balance. They never apologized. Never provided follow-ups and never did the job that they were contracted to do. They are lazy and irresponsible and are horrible at customer service. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.

I logged into my customer portal and it said they were coming today, I spoke to someone on the phone at around 2:15 pm who said the they were coming this afternoon, then I got text an hour later saying that they got held up at another job that they would come tomorrow. They lack of respect and professionalism is shocking. I don't think they realized that we wanted to a lot more than just mowing with this company, but they can't handle the basics, so we will be moving forward with another company in the future and I suggest you all do the same.

None of the workers care at all. The amount of time you have to wait to get help is insane. It's almost like they didn't want to do any business or make any sales they made it impossible. We went here the other day specifically for pavers for our walkway at our home. There were no signs…read moreanywhere for the 1 inch pavers so when we got to the counter we asked for a price. The girl at the counter walked back over to check there was no price and said she had to ask their contractor. The contractor told her they were $25 each. She then proceeded to not be able to find them in the system and all she could find were 3 inch ones for $33.99. Those were more expensive since they were thicker than what we were getting. She said she couldn't override the price in the system, even though the contractor just told her it was $25 each. We needed the pavers so ended up paying the $33.99 which amounted to an extra $45 after taxes. I am not at all happy with the service we received and will not be going back.
