Duane Mainardi Builders did a complete roof replacement on my house. My roof is ~ 30 squares so it's a decent size roof. Honestly, cannot say enough about the quality, care, and professionalism of this company. Our homeowner's insurance company was horrible. Previous roofing company did a lousy job. Duane was patient, honest, and responsive. He did his best to deal with the insurance company and advocate on our behalf. Duane replaced my roof years ago. He was very reasonable and did quality work. We had a good amount of siding blow off in a storm a few years ago. I filed insurance claim and they also checked the roof to see if damage there. The adjuster commented that it was one of the best installs he had seen. I definitely recommend. read more

Dealing with Duane Mainardi Roofing was a pleasure from the initial call to the final payment. I had him install a new roof, new siding, gutter guards, and replace a leaky skylight. Their customer service is outstanding. Someone is always there to answer or return your calls and emails. Duane is patient and gives you as much information as you need. He dropped off many samples multiple times and didn't rush me into making any decisions. I interviewed 3 other contractors and most were more expensive with flashy sales presentations by salesmen who were not installers. DMB just replaced my parent's roof. The level of professionalism and industry knowledge is well above par. I vetted through 6 different roofing companies, none of them were able to address detailed questions nor did they provide a line by line itemization of the services and charges. Mr. Minardi is responsive and very accessible. The crew was diligent and they took great care in protecting the landscaping and conducting a thorough clean up. All workers are employees (not subcontractors) which is a major plus. Amazingly, their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend DMB for your roofing needs. I used Duane Mainardi Builders to replace some badly deteriorated fascia board, soffits, trim, roofing, and gutters. After reading reviews and chatting with my wife's coworker, who also used them, I have to say I was also greatly pleased with their work. They arrived early in the morning and worked hard throughout the day to get done what needed to be done. I called on Thurs for an estimate, the gentleman on the phone was helpful and said I would receive a written proposal that day or Friday at the latest. At the end of the business day on Friday I called back since I did not receive the proposal. I still had not heard back on Monday afternoon so I called again to learn that he simply forgot, his words. Then he proceeded to tell me that I have gutter boxes that could be an issue and it's a small job so he does not even want to "deal with it" and "please don't be mad at me". I shared that I think his business practice is poor. I would suggest that you find someone else for your roofing needs because this business appears to only want easy jobs. read more

DMB just re-roofed our home. I recommend them highly. We called Duane during the cold weather months, he examined our roof, pointed out (correctly) several areas needing further attention in order to provide proper integrity to the roofing system. We arranged for the work to be done once the weather was warm enough for roofing. Duane coordinated all details, the group showed up on the designated day, and proceeded in a highly organized fashion. The roof is rather large and we had some rotten wood requiring replacement. Nonetheless, the complete job with really thorough clean-up was done in the one day. Duane took the time to answer our many questions, was never impatient, and he closely supervised all facets of the job, ensuring quality work. And, the cost for the work was very competitive!
