Horrible customer service I worked customer service for 10 years and never have I ever treated a customer the way I was treated here the manager Tyrone actually told me the customer isn't always right and was arguing with me telling me it's his job to do so!!! Reallly!!!....they will not notify you when things change on your account such as canceled auto pay I think that very bad business because now I had to pay a late fee because it not procedure to notify someone about there account will be looking for a better storage unit smh I really liked this place until today read more

TATIANA!!!! She is the assistant manager and I can honestly say she is way too over qualitified. Her level of customer service is OUTSTANDING! She doesn't base her service on what type of customer she is dealing with....she gives the same service to eveveryone. Storquest on Arrow Route and Rochester get a 15plus. They took really good care of me. The storage fee was a little bit more than a couple of places I shopped around, however the customer service was excellent. The manager was kind and professional. The associate was friendly and professional. I enjoyed my time with them in filling out my paperwork. I felt like they cared about me as a human being instead of a dollar bill. Great customer service! I've been an on again/off again customer over the past five years, but consistently for the past two years, as my wife and I have moved four times. This StorQuest is the best! The difference is in the management. I have worked with other companies and locations in the past, but this one is far exceeds the others in all areas. They always work hard to make sure our deliveries are taken care of. I always feel safe at the facility even if I come during times when the office is closed. 7/22/14 (Response to Kristen P. @ Storquest) : If the rate can go up due to "facility maintenance" and "market trends".....then why are the employees unable to view clear footage of my storage unit being broken into because the quality is low? Where's the maintenance on that? And as far as your market "trends" excuse...a trend is something that can change or develop in a general direction and for my situation as a CUSTOMER, my direction has been going down for more money with less customer satisfaction. If I look at Storquest's website and see the same unit size for my previous rate that SHOULD be the market price. All the quotes saying "my stuff matters" to you guys is apparently a lie because I have had no resolution what so ever after 3 weeks. You can save the speech on what Storquest offers and answer me a question...why would I prepay more money to lock in a rate when the facility has break ins? If you can offer long term discounts for customers, then what can you do for customers who been there 2 years and have had their items stolen? 4 weeks of non-resolution? Also, I noticed that the Storquest website shows 14 5 star reviews that for some reason do not show up on the actual Yelp website. Are these falsified to make the company look better? I will ask Yelp to help clarify as well because this leads any consumer to be confused. Also, if you work in corporate can you see if there is anyone else besides this district manager that can help? I visited the facility recently and was very happy to be greeted by very friendly and professional staff. The young man was very helpful when it came to deciding what size unit I would need and made sure to explain to me all my options and their company policy. I have been to other storage facilities close by but the prices were not worth compromising the customer service. He took time to answer my questions before making my decision, showed me around the facility, and it was nice not being pressured into a sale. It was nice actually getting an honest opinion from someone when looking for somewhere I'd feel comfortable to store my things. I would definitely recommend this place! read more
