I came and rented at 2pm a car storage for a car i am gonna rebuild all they said was no rental cars. Cool i brought a classic car i am storing for rebuilding they said no problem . At 6 i come with a tow truck with the car and all of a sudden i cant store my vehicle here. I called a whole tow truck are yall gonna pay me back for that? That was from victorville to fontana u know how expensive that is. Yall are ridiculous if i cant store a car here because it cant run yall should have let me know i was only keeping it here a week at most then to the mechanic . I will never use this business again. I rented a storage from them 8/2024 for $167 then 12/2024 the rent went up $100 to $267. In 5/2025 it went up another $100 to $367 so within 9 months it went up $200. I did not stick around to see how much more they would charge me. Just never again read more

I picked this location because it was cheaper than the other sites in the area and was close to my home. We had a good experience in the beginning. However, my partner went to the unit one day and found that our unit was burglarized. All of our valuables and sentimental items were gone and the unit was a mess. I left work in the middle of the day to file a police report and speak with the owner. The manager claimed to review months of security footage in a couple of hours, then later claimed that because of the angle of the camera, he would not be able to tell if someone was taking items from my unit or the neighboring unit so he could not do anything to help. Our monthly price was increased shortly before this ordeal, which they claim is to keep the facility secure. How is it secure if the security system is not setup to surveil our precious belonging that we trusted them with? Beware that if you store your belongings here, someone can come and take things with no consequences. read more

Moved into this storage last week in October 2020. Decent price at first. 4 months in pulled out my refrigerator washer/dryer out. 3 refrigerator hoses and washer hoses all chewed to bits by mice! Lost value in my appliances, have to pay to replace, as well as being creeped out mice crawled all over my things. Manager had a exterminator come and and do whatever it is they do. 3 days later I received a $30 monthly increase. Insult to injury! No longer have my things at this place. This place is a joke they hounded me and hounded me to come in to get the space that was available finally when it came time to go down there they were closed for lunch at 2 o'clock and hour after they told me to come down there. Then they call me at 2:30 and tell me it's been rented. All of the employees take their lunch at the same time and shut down the business? Another unprofessional quality of this company. All of the extra space storage locations in the area are unprofessional and purposely waste your time I believe they know they don't have the unit you need and want you to come down so they can sell you on a different unit. They will lie to you and tell you they have reserved the unit for you but if somebody else comes in before you get there they will give it to them. So they need to remove the word reservation out of their vocabulary, because reservation means to hold. There is no point in reserving or making you think they are if they still give it away to anyone else that wants it. read more

WE LOVE STEPHEN! He's always so good and courteous to our family. My mom has had her storage there for many years now. We've used it moving in and out of 4 houses and apartments and honestly wouldnt have chosen a better place. He helped us with the best price and even if it does go up every so often, we still keep it because we wouldnt get better service from anyone other than Stephen. Definitely our go-to man! one word: rats We have been storing our items here for a year and recently found there to be rats in the facility. They put sticky traps by the door but we either need to move all the stuff to get in the back to put more traps (how are we even going to retrieve them) and all of our belongings are very dusty (that was expected by its pretty bad). I don't recommend this place in that if you want your things to stay nice and not rodent food. Oh and apparently the insurance doesn't cover rodent damage because they are an act of God? This is by and large is the worst storage facility company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First and foremost, I truly believe Stephen the manager is absolutely doing his best to manage things efficiently , but the leasing office is extremely disorganized and lackadaisical when it comes to communicating with their customers. This also displays a lack of professionalism. I had changed my mailing address with them in person and was not privy to any rate increases and/or late fees. Why? Because all of my mail was being resent back to them as I had moved to another area and somehow my address was never changed by the lady in the leasing office (apparently rate increase information is only handled via mail). Not once, did I receive a call/email from anyone stating that my mail was being sent back or returned, and this was over the course of 3 whole months!!! It wasn't until my monthly bills started increasing that I had any knowledge of rate increases and late fees, which I paid, but what really threw me for a loop was when they handed me about 8 invoices that were still sealed with the "return to sender" stamp on them after I decided to show up in person to inquire about everything. It wasn't until I got upset and complained that I started to get courtesy calls pertaining to rate increases etc. However, too little too late for me.I cannot move my things out of there fast enough, and will promptly do so once I move into my new home in February........ read more

Sends automatic price increases in the mail. I got one after only five months. Plenty of other lower priced, well run storage placed in the area so in moving out. Did appreciate the call back (that took awhile) from the manger and district manager, but they wouldn't budge on removing the automatic price increase even though I pay on time, they aren't at 100% occupancy and they are offering first month free to new tenants. Not a very good business model in my opinion. I'd much rather find a mom and pop business that doesn't follow a lame ass corporate policy like a blind man. read more
