I called and spoke with the manager. She became annoyed with ME. She told me that my attachment would not open and started telling me what I HAVE to do. I option is to stop by the office. Clearly someone isn't doing their job. Had to go to my storage unit to clean it out multiple times…read morethis week, because everything got ruined from mildew because their not maintaing the correct temperature. Clothing and furniture that cost hundreds of dollars are now ruined. Also, whose cleaning the place? 4 trips to my storage unit, and everytime I went the same trash was in the same place. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Hope a manager sees this and realize how crummy they are. To bad I can't add a photo where you can smell the mildew.

Imagine our surprise when we went back in and the place had been overrun by mice and rats. Smelled worse than a urinal. Everything had been chewed to some degree. Met with owner at site and the smell almost knocked him over but he said "There's nothing I can do because you used some cardboard boxes and rats eat cardboard!" I said I was paying for a clean dry unit safe from critters and rain. Again he says nothing I can do. So now we are pulling a load of things every two days so I can wash again, clothes, curtains, EVERYTHING! We have now discarded a new power recliner, a new mattress that was in a plastic liner torn off and chewed and peed on. Antique chairs that have chew marks all over. Our household would have been better off if we had put items in backyard and covered with a tarp. Small Claims? That's how bad it is. Disgusting! You've been warned!
