Lightning hit building, took power out. no…read moreelevator access. can't get up to unload unit. now 3 days later, I go in to ask what is going on only to be encountered by a temp worker who knows nothing about problem, says manager is out on emergency, and no way of accessing top floors. they have no idea what is going on or solution to tell customer. after some argument I asked for regional manager info and name so i can file a complaint and temp worker refused to give any info on regional manager saying they can't be don't want to get involved. what type of business is this? I highly recommend not using this coma for your storage needs.
