Another woman even offered me cake that she had brought in from home! The woman who did my consultation provided me with a sample book of all of the papers, weights, inks and shapes of business cards. This was what I was looking for. The staff was so friendly. The kind of friendly you forget actually exists in businesses. They are also young and understand the value of your brand and your visual presentation. This is important to me since my business is all about presentation. After meeting with the three companies, there is not a chance in the world that I would do my business with anyone other than ParisLeaf. I emailed over 3 different designs and I received a phone call shortly after from their team. Not only did Jill walk me through my designs to give me advice on what would show up nicely, but she also offered her expertise on the best styles and colors of shirts! Within a week of communication back and forth, we finally decided on a final draft, so they really only had a week to complete the job. The customer service exceeded my expectations, and I am so sorry to see only one other review from a client that did not receive the same care and quality of treatment that I did. It doesn't seem possible that this could have been the same company. I not only received my order on time, but Jill also made sure of this by delivering it to our company 30 minutes away from their location! I recommend supporting local businesses, and will order from them for my future shirts. I was able to call Jill on her cell phone and make changes on the order multiple times. Arrogant service and bad communications. The white print of the t-shirts came out greyish and the…read moreink would fade heavily after a few washes, leaving what was supposed to be white, yellowish-greyish. When I complained they told me that it was my fault and that I shouldn't have washed the t-shirts in a machine. Which is outrageous because I never had that problem with any other t-shirt. It seems that they tried to cut costs with my order. I don't know if everyone will have that problem. The t-shirts were useless in the end and I had to use another company to re-print the order. I don't know how many good companies there are out there, but Monster Press is dismal. When I compared the two jobs, the Monster Press print looked even worse in comparison. The new job, by the other company, had crisp colours and without any fading. At least ask for a test print if you want to go with this company.
