A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! I appreciate her hard work, dedication, kindness and professionalism! She is truly an "ASSET" to this company, and at this point, an asset to mine as well! Honestly because and ONLY because of her, I'm still a customer and will be using Target Copy Center again in the near future. I stopped working for her mid-issue and we agreed that my work would not be used and I would receive no payment, but lo and behold it was there when the issue printed. I contacted her formally to receive payment and got an unsurprisingly rude response. I felt totally violated. I separated myself from this publication because I was embarrassed by the content, attitude of the publisher, and the overall disorganization. Take your advertising money elsewhere.
