Weddings are expensive but looking at pictures and watching videos happens long after the wedding and we wanted to make sure we had quality products without having to sell our organs and first born child to pay for it. Photography and videography were one of the most important parts of our day, and we were able to relax and enjoy the moment feeling confident that their team would do an amazing job! From the very beginning, Leanne was so kind and responsive, patiently answering all of our questions in a friendly and timely manner. We loved Jason Deng's work, and she was able to secure him for our date as well as set up a quick initial video call with him. On the day of, Jason and his second photographer Kristin were prompt, professional, and so easy to work with. Jason does a great job of giving everyone clear directions in front of the camera, and makes the process enjoyable and easy. He even asked if I had a preferred side of my face (I do) and positioned the shots to accommodate that. This attention to detail was something that we really appreciated. The photos themselves turned out incredible and we're beyond happy with the result. It's exactly what we were envisioning - natural and warm, yet intentional, shots that capture the story of our day. Although the turnaround time is quoted as 6 weeks in the contract, they finished ours in nearly 3, which is insanely fast. We even had a request for the editing style which Leanne relayed to the team and it was well reflected in the photos we received. Even though our Kahala package only included 48 4x6 prints, Visionari sent us more than double that - they printed around 100 "highlight" photos. For the video side of things, Sam was equally as professional, friendly, and seamless as the photographers. We opted for the ceremony only package, and the 20 minute-long video is the perfect record of our ceremony. The shots and audio are crisp and clear, and the editing is clean. The final video was high-quality and well put-together without being overdone. We prefer a simpler, straightforward feel for video, so this perfectly aligned with what we were looking for. Overall, Visionari captured our day beautifully. We're so happy we chose them and would gladly recommend their amazing service to any couple!

I don't know where to begin with Kiwan, the head of this company. Throughout our wedding, my husband and I regret having this company for our wedding video and photographer because of Kiwan. He lost the first half of our wedding video footage that his crew took, which was so heart breaking since this was our wedding. We wanted everything to look back on for our memories of our special day. He gave us the run around with everything. Kiwan was initially responsive and helpful prior to our wedding. Then two months after our wedding we didn't receive our wedding album and video. I sent numerous emails, phone calls, and text messages to ask him where everything was since we already paid for the package prior to our wedding in hopes to get what we paid for. He didn't respond for a while then when he did he kept giving us dates with when he would sent it to us, but he never did. We also asked for a refund and he kept trying to play the victim about how he didn't have money to pay for his bills and how he only had a few dollars in his account. That to me was personal and not business let alone not professional at all! We too, were needing money because of the whole pandemic and costs of living. At times, he wouldn't respond at all, and we thought he was just going to take our money and not refund us, which stressed us out. He even mentioned taking us to claims court because he thought it would be better to take it to court instead of dealing with it. After a few weeks, we finally made a deal that he could pay us monthly until he had paid us out. In the end, he did pay us back, but all the stress we had to go through wasn't worth it and fair to us. He sent us the wrong album of another couple's wedding, which I felt bad for them as well! Almost one year after our wedding... we received our album and our low quality made video that didn't capture everything we wanted or talked about prior to our wedding. Thinking about this makes me sad and frustrated. But, what is done is done. It's just upsetting how everything went down. We were a couple seeking company to capture our special day, and everyone in his crew delivered, EXCEPT for Kiwan. If he just did his job this would not have happened. I know we received our refund, which thank goodness we did but I honestly just wanted the footage from beginning to end of our wedding day because it was so memorable and priceless. I'm just lucky that my friends took a few videos prior to the reception for our keepsake. Overall, if you want quality photos, albums, and videos for your special event... I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company and pay the extra for another. Hope this helps!

After text messaging Kiwan yesterday (multiple messages were sent prior, please look at previous review) Kiwan did text message back saying he sent an email with our wedding video in it. We did in fact receive our wedding video. 2 one being a highlight and the other a full wedding video. We are happy that we finally received it. So a recap, Kiwan and his team were friendly on the wedding day. Communication prior to wedding was good. We did receive our wedding pictures fast. After the wedding, communication was not so great on when we would receive our wedding video. Lots of promises we would receive it and it would get pushed to another date. But we are happy to have this closure, and to have our wedding video. I pray for Kiwan and his business, that you are able catch up on your work. I hope nothing but the best for your company. I pray for all his clients, that you are able to receive these happy moments & treasured moments.

I wasn't originally planning to do wedding videography, but my family generously gifted me a video package - and I couldn't be more grateful. Kenson captured our vows, the best snippets of speeches during the reception, and the very essence of our wedding. He edited it all together in a way that is truly magical, and produced a video that we will truly cherish for a lifetime! Both my husband and I bawled all over again seeing the end product. You also get both the raw video, and an edited down version of the entire wedding. Our photographer, Tristan recommended an amazing spot near where we were staying. Communication was very easy. He contacted us before our shoot to make sure we knew where to go and where to meet. Everything was scheduled perfectly and he was prompt for our session. During our shoot, Tristan meticulously posed us to get the best view of both the scenery and us. Even with some other photographers and couples in the area, we were able to shoot across 8 or so areas. It was a whirlwind of photos with action shots and posing, the hour went by so fast. We couldn't believe the photos in the end. The edits and raws were incredible. The beach shots looked like we were totally alone despite all the other people around. We picked the "moments" package which gave us well over a hundred shots. We haven't gotten the physical photo album but I'm sure it's going to be great.
