Super cute! This place is inside Homegrown which is an old school vibey diner. Limited seating for sure, but cool vibes.

They have a roaster in the back of their building so lots of in house coffee beans to buy. They also have a merch shop in the sitting area baked goods available as well. I got a dirty chai with their vanilla bourbon syrup iced it was pretty good. If I'm in the area walking again, I probably will stop by. It's a cute area to sit at too, so it'll be a great place to hang out and have a business meeting or just a catch up with a friend.

No inside seating available as people sipped lattes wearing headphones and settled in on their laptops. The café seemed to offer a variety of pastries such as a ginger cookie- they also offer scones, and mini cheese quiche. However, parking is extremely limited and difficult to find in this old fourth ward neighborhood unless you utilize paid parking. The ice orange Blossom latte was quickly made, but did not have a distinct flavor or taste-it tasted like a regular latte. A great coffee shop if you are in the neighborhood but not one I would travel to in order to explore and tryout. They do have really cute apparel and a few housewares such as mugs and coffee brewers.

Perc is exactly the kind of coffee shop I wish I had near home…read more The space checks every box for me: tons of natural light, great music, plenty of tables, easy access to power, and enough room to spend an hour or an entire afternoon. It feels bright, welcoming, and genuinely built for people who want to enjoy being there. What really sets it apart, though, is the team. Every interaction I've had has been excellent. They're friendly without being overbearing, happy to chat, generous with recommendations, and consistently positive. You get the sense that they actually enjoy what they do, and it makes a difference. The Good Times Latte is one of my favorite coffee drinks anywhere. I can't get enough of it. If Perc sold their syrups by the bottle, I'd probably take them home and put them in everything. The drink is already fantastic, but that little touch of habanero sugar takes it to another level. It's the kind of detail that sticks with you long after you've finished the cup. Easy five stars. I can't wait to be back!

The restaurant is bright and vibrant. We ordered the matcha daze. It came out shortly thereafter. The vanilla-lavender flavor added a different taste to the matcha, but we liked it. Super cute and yummy coffee shop…read more I came here on a Friday morning around 10a.m. It was active inside with about 3 people ahead of me but the line moves quick. There's a steady traffic of people going in and out. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. I got an iced honey lavender latte with oat milk and slice of the pistachio cardamom cake. The latte was ok but the cake was phenomenal. The latte had a decent flavor but it wasn't strong. Plus it tasted very grainy and milk-heavy, overpowering the coffee. My slice of cake was so moist and delicious without being too sweet. It was perfect. I'd definitely come back again more so for the desserts than the coffee. They have some indoor seating and a cozy table on the sidewalk just outside the front door.

Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area... just be prepared to leave with more pastries than you planned.
