The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable!

I went there and bought two pieces of 1-in pipe I bought two because I didn't want to make another trip back over there if I needed both so they said return it if you don't need it so I did the next day . The day before when I bought them I paid for them with cash this is where the problem lies . If you pay for them with cash and don't take them back the same day the refund amount will be sent to you in check form . The reason I paid with cash is so I didn't have to give all my information to them. So long and behold to get a check mailed to me for the refund amount I had to give them all the information you'd think they'd be able to just refund my money right there on the spot but no apparently not this is why I probably will not do business with them again . I mean if you have to wait God knows how long for them to send you a $9 check why should you even bother taking it in for a refund ?
