Linda was very kind when I went in for a consultation for my wedding flowers. She was going to look…read moreinto a particular flower for me, and she said she'd call me in a week, but after 3 weeks I hadn't heard back. I called and left a message with someone and still, no call back. Called again after 1 more week, and she told me she still didn't know. Followed up another month later after no response, and she had found the flower. I was pleased with that, despite the wait. It was difficult to get in touch leading up to the wedding, as it seemed like only Linda knew what was going on, not the staff. The staff could never assist me. The day of my wedding, all of the corsages fell apart almost instantly- out of 4 corsages, literally NONE made it 5 minutes. At the reception, I also realized she never included my throwaway bouquet and I had to make one by taking my centrepieces apart. I told the staff this and they promised Linda would call me back and make it right, but she never did. I paid for corsages and a throwaway bouquet and I didn't really get either. The flowers were beautiful but I didn't get what I paid for. I'm very upset about this.

I found the building was an era of the past with mismatch rooms, uneven flooring, makeshift extensions. The word relic kept popping into my mind. If you can get beyond that, there are plenty of plants choices, Koi fish, gardening & pond supplies,, pots, lawn ornaments, etc. The prices were on the high side...my wife knows as our own garden is a testament. Purchases must be over $10 to use credit or debit cards. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We made purchases but this was a one and done.
