Received minimal communication from the contractor throughout the process following this point. Constant ghosting and back and forth on rescheduling of install times and corrections. Original price quote was not honored as they had made a "typo" saying we would get two gates but wasn't drawn in the mock-up. Giving two stars because the work was eventually done, but not on time and not to the quality we would have hoped with multiple fence panels having gaps evident gaps or misalignments to the posts. Took a week following completion for the excess materials to be removed. An absolute headache inducing experience overall.

I asked the owner/manager--the person I paid--to return and clean up the excessive cement pieces left scattered throughout the yard, as well as to remove their company sign. They never came back. One of the slabs was poorly finished, with significant overpour and uncleaned edges (see attached images). I repeatedly requested that they correct the work, but was told this is "common." In addition to the subpar finish, they left multiple water bottles tossed around the yard, further evidence of a lack of professionalism. Photos show the poorly done slab and the cement debris I had to collect myself. You can decide if this is the type of service you want to pay for. As it stands, I will likely need to request reimbursement to have the slab properly corrected

Unfortunately, earlier this year, we determined we needed an entire septic system replaced, which necessitated the removal of a slit of driveway to connect the transmission line to the new tank. We were pretty frustrated having to damage the brand-new driveway. Luckily, we were able to use Accu-Krete again, who worked hard to get the driveway back to normal. They replaced the slit of driveway that was removed, and also fixed some cracks that were a result of the heavy machinery used to install the septic system. The driveway looks good-as-new. We will absolutely use them for any future concrete needs and have already recommended them to family and friends. Family-owned and operated, they were super-responsive and on top of everything.
