Put up fence in a timely manner, looks beautiful and accomplished the end result to my satisfaction

I priced several Fence contractors in the area after Hurricane Irma hit me, and All County was right at the top with the best pricing. I was aware that there was a waiting list due to the hurricane, and was given an estimate of around Dec. 20th to have it installed. Much to my delight and surprise, they called me around the 8th and said they could install it a week earlier than expected on the 13th. I was really happy because I had an ugly sweater party on the 17th, and the fence was up for that. I got a lot of compliments from my guests! The sweaters were ugly, but the fence was NIIIIIICCCEEEE. As for their process, they required 1/3rd of the overall payment up front to get started which I was ok with. They wrote the receipt for my payment right on the estimate that I had signed , and they did the same for the final payment after the fence was installed (and I gave them the A-OK). The workers that came out I met and were really, really friendly. One of them had sort of a surfer-like attitude to him and was just super chill and friendly. They started early in the morning when I was leaving for work, and the fence was completed by the time I got home from work. The old fence and all the old materials was carted off and I was just left with a brand spankin new beautiful fence. It's so nice and fancy I might start throwing wine tasting parties, and I don't even drink wine. Seriously though this fence looks great and I highly recommend this company. read more

Contacted this company to get a quote for a fence for my house back in February. Robert was here on 2/26/20 to survey the area and he was very nice and said there may be a 2 week delay getting a quote back to me. Followed up on 4/14/20 to check on quote and as of today 5/8 don't still have one. I know covid-19 and all but all I needed was quote emailed and would been willing to wait for when there was an opening. Very disappointed especially since they are the only company I reached out to based on their reviews. Now I rather not deal with them if that is what I can expect on customer service. read more

The process was easy. Stephen was very helpful in explaining what was involved. Unlike many contractors, he was fast to respond and didn't BS about how long something would take. He is a great representative for the company. The fence was installed quick. Two days and the back yard was enclosed again! It was beautiful. And as some others have said, they do build the fence on site with quality lumber. A couple concerns came up. 1. They drove over my lawn to set the pallets down in the yard. The tires destroyed the grass and sprinkler. I hope they now put down plywood in that situation. Regardless, I was fairly compensated. 2. There were several pickets that were split after construction. Steven met my complaints head-on and made everything perfect. I could tell he was annoyed with my persistence, but was professional and took care of my concerns. I was completely satisfied with the final product. Although there were a couple hiccups, they do what they say they will do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

My husband and I purchased a new home in a subdivision that has really small lot lines. Our dogs always respected the underground fence in our old home but the close proximity of our neighbors was too much of a temptation, not to mention that sometimes our neighbor's dog would come for an unexpected visit. I asked 6 different fence companies to come out and give us quotes, and of all the companies, All County Fence had the best price and the best customer service. Price was important to us but over all the salesman Steve was a large factor in us selecting All County. He gave us a quick turn around on the quote (when I had to contact some of the other companies to remind them I was waiting on their quote), he answered all of my calls and texts when I had questions, and the price was extremely fair when others really tried to give us outrageous prices. He also made the permitting easy and worked with us when we had to get paperwork notarized. The install was done by one person in one day and the fence looks even better than I had imagined. The installer made sure it fell in line with the slight slope of the land so that the panels are in line and don't look strange. The bronze aluminum fence goes well with our home and doesn't detract from the natural area behind the fence. I will be recommending All County to everyone in our development as there are still hundreds of homes being built and some will need fences. read more
