Was recently given a cease and desist by the west virginia licensing board to no longer do jobs requiring contractor license or over $5000 and to stop advertising being a licensed contractor. Additionally there are pictures of my property that were taken/posted without permission and they should be removed promptly.

Didn't have the nerve to ask to my face, but asked over text. I said no, leave things as they are. And he never came back to clean up or haul off all the old cabinets. Living in a very rural area it is sometimes difficult to find a reliable and responsible person to do services in a timely manner. Jerrod said he could do the job and would be on the way as soon as he picked up a new water heater. I didn't realize Jerrod was located in Kanawha County and my rental was in Raleigh County but Jerrod showed up and completed the work. As it turned out, he had to make another trip to swap water heaters do to space limitations. He also had to remove a door frame to get the new one installed which he did and replaced and repaired the door frame as well. Jerrod is very service oriented and is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend!
