We had a 100 foot straight run from the street to another 100+' circular run connecting out concrete pad in front of a three car garage and at the opposite side a 40' metal building concrete slab. The edges were perfect along the concrete. The center of the circle has three ponderosas and sitting bench and the open edges as promised were 4-5" or more for the whole drive. He didn't answer and he didn't show up the next day. He wanted money upfront. I gave him $400 for materials. When he didn't arrive the following day. I called up that day to say I only wanted the bathroom floor fixed; no response; my message went to voice mail When he did show up the day after he demanded an additional $400 for materials. I said no; not unreasonable since he had done nothing on the project. Especially on the bathroom floor that was all that I asked to repair. Today, when he arrived, I told him all I wanted done was my bathroom floor which remained untouched. He threaten me say he'd ruin my reputation as someone who did not pay for work done. I did pay $400, but the bathroom floor still needs to be replaced. Never hire this guy or any repairman the requires money before work is started.

This is not how they do business and wanted to make it right. We said yes, they can send out another person by the name of Patrick Holt. Our appointment was for 1 PM today. Mr. Holt was prompt, apologized again for the misshape. Patrick was very thorough in explaining the company and what it does and their expectations for the customer. Patrick walk us through his process prior to starting his assessment. He was very thorough in explaining each step and very professional. By the time he finished and explained his findings we were very satisfied with what the company can do for us and will be scheduling the 1st stage of our issue.
